About the Role

The Pokémon Company International is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our Legal department, you will play a critical role in supporting our rapidly growing B2B business teams and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our North America and LATAM trading card sales, finance and tax, and procurement teams to structure commercial transactions and lead strategic negotiations.
  • Provide legal support to members of our Procurement and Facilities teams on matters aiding internal operations, infrastructure, and services.
  • Work directly with the business, providing day-to-day advice to client teams on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters.
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of related professional experience.
  • J.D. or equivalent degree and bar license in good standing with the ability to practice law in Washington State.
  • Minimum of 5 years directly advising clients in commercial transactions with a focus on sales, finance, and operations matters.
  • Exceptional drafting, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of US competition law, IP, finance, tax, trade, anti-bribery, and competition law.
