  • Form and lead a cohesive site reliability team
  • Identify support needed to drive improvement efforts
  • Develop data collection plans to determine baseline and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct regular analysis of equipment data to understand drivers of repeat issues
  • Establish reliability KPIs and communicate results
  • Support Operational Excellence initiatives, including Total Productive Maintenance programs
  • Serve as a technical resource for engineers and craftspeople on reliability issues
  • Train operators and craftspeople in reliability matters
  • Work with HR and Training Department to develop maintenance training programs
  • Assist in identifying and implementing waste and energy reduction opportunities
  • Stay current in best practices and industry advancements related to reliability, maintenance training, and sustainability

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering field, or High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years equivalent experience
  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT)
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, and project management in an industrial manufacturing or military environment
  • Working knowledge of failure mode and effects analysis, root cause analysis, statistics, and probability
  • Knowledge of large electromechanical equipment, controls, and data acquisition, vibration analysis, lubrication, and non-destructive evaluations
  • Strong quantitative acumen and data analysis skills
  • Previous supervisory experience
