Job Title: Associate, Financial Advisory ICONIQ Capital

The Financial Advisory Associate plays a pivotal role in the relationship management team, catering to high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients.

This position is part of ICONIQ Investment Management, which strives to deliver exceptional investment portfolios by leveraging the unique capital and strategic strength of the ICONIQ community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare client balance sheets and develop asset allocation analyses.
  • Monitor client investment performance and manage quarterly portfolio reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop a deep understanding of portfolio construction, asset classes, investment products, macroeconomics, client customizations, and professional communication.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses for clients' financial and estate planning needs.
  • Participate in equity and option trading activities with increasing responsibilities for investment execution.
  • Gather, prepare, and coordinate client tax data and documentation.
  • Be exposed to and involved in direct private investments, client interactions, and other critical family office operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 5+ years of relevant professional services experience.
  • Passion for investment management and client service.
  • Excellent academic background (minimum of bachelor's degree required) and strong cognitive ability.

Location:

Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

Compensation Range:

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $140,000 – $160,000 together with the benefits listed above.
