Life Engagement Director

At Oxford Vista, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Engagement Director to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for developing and implementing life engagement programming that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate life engagement programming that meets the needs and preferences of our residents
  • Lead and supervise a team of life engagement staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality programming
  • Collaborate with community leaders and resident families to identify opportunities for life engagement and to communicate successes and challenges
  • Market life engagement events and activities to residents and their families
  • Participate in strategic planning and marketing efforts to promote life engagement programming
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related education or certification in life engagement, recreational therapy, or activities programming preferred
  • Two years of experience in life engagement or activities programming for groups
  • Valid driver's license
