Nuclear Medicine Imaging Specialist

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to operate scanners and produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and services while adhering to professional standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Nuclear Medicine Imaging: Screen patients for precautions and contradictions, explain procedures, and position patients for accurate imaging.
- Radio Pharmaceutical Administration: Assess, prepare, record, and administer radio pharmaceuticals according to Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulations and departmental policies.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily quality control procedures, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with radiation standards.
- Department Support: Assist with training new associates, maintain imaging protocol manuals, and monitor medical supply inventory.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in nuclear medicine or a related field.
- Certifications: ARRT (N) certification or equivalent required.
Working Conditions: This is a casual position working various day shifts with a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
