What You'll Do
  • Provide personalized care and support to patients in various healthcare settings, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, RNs, and LPNs, to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, intake/output, and blood glucose levels, and document any changes or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and support.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Minnesota.
  • A minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in a medical facility.
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
  • A compassionate nature, good communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
