Job Title: Physical Therapist - Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Quinton, New Jersey.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from infants to seniors, and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication.
  • Document client progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • A current NJ Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
