Join Our Team as a Home Health Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Quinton, New Jersey. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises and gait training.
  • Continuously assess and revise care plans, participating in multidisciplinary care planning as needed.
  • Educate and instruct clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote independent living.
  • Accurately document client care management and services provided.
Qualifications:
  • A current NJ Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
