Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Preschool Instructor to join our team at the Appletots Learning Center. As a Preschool Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction and care to our young students, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Establish a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters socialization, creativity, and exploration.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure seamless transitions and shared goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate attendance records and progress reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in preschool teaching or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Current certification in First Aid or ability to obtain within 3 months.
