Responsibilities- Provide essential at-risk foot care to the Geriatric population
- Diagnose, treat, or prescribe treatment of the foot, ankle, and other related structures using medical histories, physical examinations, x-rays, and laboratory test results
- Prescribe medications, corrective devices, physical therapy, and appropriate methods of foot care
- Advise patients about treatments and foot care techniques to prevent future problems
- Record all diagnoses, treatments, and prescriptions
- Refer patients to other physicians or specialists for consultation when necessary
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from a school accredited by the Council of Podiatric Medical Education
- Current and valid license to practice podiatric medicine in the state of application
Medical Director Services PC was founded in 2016 with a focus on providing quality medical services to skilled nursing facilities. We prioritize customer service and strive to reduce unnecessary hospitalizations by treating residents in place whenever possible. Our experienced providers are skilled in providing medical care in SNF settings and are knowledgeable about the survey process. We work closely with surrounding hospitals to ensure continuity of care and focus on reducing medication requirements, including narcotics and psych meds.
