  • Closing Agent Approval: Verify that all closing agents are approved by Angel Oak prior to the release of funds, ensuring compliance with our financial protocols.
  • Wiring Instruction Validation: Accurately validate the accuracy of all wiring instructions received before input for loan disbursement, guaranteeing timely and secure transactions.
  • Daily Funding Reports: Conduct thorough audits of daily funding reports to determine warehouse usage, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing our financial systems.
  • Documentation Verification: Audit required documentation for warehouse bank approval to release, ensuring all necessary paperwork is in order.
  • Database Management: Successfully work within multiple warehouse bank databases (e.g. WLS, etc.) to upload required documentation for loan funding, meeting deadlines and maintaining data integrity.
  • MERS System Registration: Register MIN on the MERS system, as required, to facilitate efficient loan processing.
  • Wire Instructions: Provide accurate wire instructions for return wires and track receipt accordingly, ensuring timely and secure transactions.
  • Data Input and Accuracy: Manage data input and accuracy of all closing and funding validation tracking within the Loan Origination System, maintaining high standards of data quality.
  • Funding Requests: Submit all funding requests for adjustment wires and track as necessary, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Accounting Documentation: Ensure all accounting documentation for each day's loan fundings are received for processing, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Reporting: Provide daily trial balance and funding reports to Secondary, Accounting, Closing, and Operations Managers, facilitating informed decision-making.
