Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing superior customer service and supporting store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.


Key Responsibilities




  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and financial aid payments.




  • Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers and delivering exceptional customer service throughout their visit.




  • Take initiative to support store operations, including operating equipment and cash registers, to ensure speed of service and accurate transactions.




  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by shelving, arranging, and cleaning products or space within the store.




  • Work flexible schedules, including peak periods, occasional weekends, and varying shifts throughout the academic year.




Physical Demands




  • Regularly move within the store to access various departments, areas, and products.




  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.




  • Frequent lifting and occasional reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
