The Travel MRI Technologist role involves providing exceptional imaging services across various healthcare settings. This position is ideal for skilled professionals looking to enhance their career while exploring new locations.

Certification Requirements
  • ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • BLS: Basic Life Support
  • PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support
  • EFM: Electronic Fetal Monitoring
  • NIH Stroke Certification
  • Medication Test: Pharmacology Competency Exam
  • Color Blind Testing: Online assessment
  • Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam
Job Specifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years; new professionals may be considered based on their skill level.
  • Patient Demographics: Services provided to patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.
  • Work Environment: Experience in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room settings is required; proficiency in PACS and contrast administration is essential.
  • Workload: Manage 3 MRI rooms with a daily caseload of approximately 45-50 patients.
  • System Familiarity: Experience with Epic, GE, and Siemens systems is preferred.
  • Uniform: Caribbean Blue scrubs are required.
  • Compliance: Full compliance with all requirements is necessary to ensure timely onboarding; delays may result in a two-week pushback due to the bi-weekly orientation schedule.
Essential Qualifications
  • Required Certifications: BLS and ARRT.
Scheduling Information
  • RTO: Maximum of 7 days.
  • Weekend Work: Not specified.
  • Floating: Not applicable.
  • On-Call Duties: Required; one call per week every fifth week.
  • Holiday Work: Required to work major holidays as per hospital policy.
