Key Responsibilities- Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps.
- Diagnose and repair equipment using prescribed troubleshooting procedures and technical manuals.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, and operational product manuals.
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills by communicating effectively with district staff and customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Electronically complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding and obtain customer signatures.
- Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation and perform other duties as assigned.
- Must hold a New Mexico MS-12 J license and a Texas RME – I license or be able to obtain within 1 year of employment.
- 10+ years of documentation experience in the Fire Sprinkler/Suppression industry.
- Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, and operational/product manuals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, work independently or in a team environment, and perform physical labor.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation schedule.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service and maintain truck inventory to ensure timely response to customer needs.
- Ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures.
- Possess a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements.
- Able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test.
