Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at the State of Connecticut, Department of Correction (DOC). The successful candidate will have a doctorate degree in clinical or counseling psychology and one year of post-doctoral experience as a psychologist working under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.

• Provide high-quality clinical psychological services to inmates, including diagnostic testing, behavior modification, and program development and evaluation.
• Consult with other disciplines and services to coordinate psychological treatment modalities.
• Develop and implement new service programs and conduct research to improve treatment outcomes.
• Consult with community agencies and organizations to provide training and education on psychological topics.

• Doctorate degree in clinical or counseling psychology.
• One year of post-doctoral experience as a psychologist working under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.
• Licensure to practice psychology in Connecticut.
