The Global Security Operations Center operates around the clock, comprising a dedicated and proficient team focused on enhancing security measures while effectively preventing, detecting, analyzing, and responding to security incidents. This role involves collaborating closely with team leads to support the mission of the Global Security Operations Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily assessment, analysis, and resolution of security threats.
  • Manage incident response, including emergency dispatch and coordination with local authorities.
  • Monitor security operations in real-time across a comprehensive network of access points, alarms, and surveillance systems.
  • Oversee access control management, including credential distribution and provisioning.
  • Ensure operational effectiveness of camera surveillance systems.
  • Monitor fire safety systems and manage imminent threats and notifications.
  • Handle intrusion detection, including alarm responses and security service dispatching.
  • Manage visitor processing and troubleshooting of automated systems.
  • Provide tier one support for end-of-line devices and applications.
  • Deliver quality solutions for assigned projects as directed by leadership.
  • Continuously enhance standard operating procedures in response to evolving operational environments.
  • Analyze security technology outputs for investigative purposes.
  • Conduct audits and maintenance on security technology applications to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Adhere to NISP and NIST compliance standards related to security technologies.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or equivalent post-secondary training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory for access to sensitive information.
  • Must possess or be eligible to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to engage and influence across various functions and leadership levels.
  • Experience with physical security systems, including access control and surveillance.
  • Background in emergency and incident management.
