They are also responsible for addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction while maintaining the store's visual and product standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
  • Assist customers both in-store and via phone by identifying their needs and recommending relevant products and services
  • Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with customers
  • Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies
  • Meet and strive to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain organized work order documentation and product formulas
  • Retrieve products from the sales area or storage as required
  • Prepare and mix products to meet customer specifications
  • Restock shelves and create appealing product displays
  • Ensure cleanliness of store equipment
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
  • Support delivery operations as necessary
  • Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing
  • Stay informed about product offerings and available options
  • Adhere to inventory management protocols
  • Propose strategies to enhance sales performance
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the country without requiring sponsorship
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be available to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Completion of a High School diploma or GED
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role
  • Prior experience in selling paint and related products
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing machinery
  • Ability to communicate effectively in more than one language
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish
