QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Aide Training Program

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As an STNA, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in and receiving resident reports at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Delivering personal and nursing care in alignment with resident care plans.
- Facilitating and engaging in activities.
- Monitoring and addressing resident requests and needs with dignity and respect.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents.
- Assisting residents in preparation for various activities within and outside the facility.
- Ensuring that all resident care is provided respectfully and with dignity.
- Performing essential nursing care procedures as required.
- Creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, ensuring their needs are met.
- Timely and compassionate management of residents' food service needs.
- Keeping accurate documentation records for daily living activities, restorative programs, and resident-specific forms.
- Adhering to established departmental, center, and corporate policies and procedures, as well as safety and infection control standards.
- Participating in scheduled training, educational classes, and orientation programs to maintain certification and enhance care quality.
- Performing other related duties as assigned or requested.
