AVAILABLE POSITIONS
We have both full-time and part-time roles on day and night shifts, including 12-hour shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited Nurse Aide Training Program

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), your duties will include:

  • Participating in resident report exchanges at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Delivering personal and nursing care according to individual care plans.
  • Facilitating and engaging in resident activities.
  • Monitoring and addressing resident needs with dignity and respect.
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents.
  • Assisting residents in preparation for various activities.
  • Ensuring that all care is delivered in a respectful manner.
  • Performing essential nursing care tasks as needed.
  • Creating a safe and comfortable atmosphere for residents.
  • Meeting residents' food service needs promptly and compassionately.
  • Documenting resident activities and care in compliance with standards.
  • Adhering to established policies and procedures for quality care.
  • Participating in training and educational programs to maintain certification.
  • Carrying out additional tasks as assigned.
