We are seeking a highly motivated Adult Patient Specialist to join our team at Source Medical, LLC. As an Advanced Practice Clinician, you will be responsible for providing direct inpatient care to adult patients and participating in the hospital's safety and infection control programs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in internal medicine and the ability to work independently within their scope of practice. You will also conduct inpatient and outpatient consultations in internal medicine and provide quality care to patients by following current evidence-based guidelines and procedures.
