Job Summary
The Critical Care Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to patients and families in the ICU setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support to patients and families in the ICU setting.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and outcomes.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in the state of North Carolina or Pact State.
- Minimum five years experience as an RN in a ICU/CCU setting.
- BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certification.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current trends and techniques in nursing appropriate to the practice setting.
