Job Description: Bartender

As a bartender at Kumori Sushi, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to our customers. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
  • Take orders from customers and serve drinks in a timely manner.
  • Assess customer preferences and make drink recommendations.
  • Collect payment and provide change as needed.
  • Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with age requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
  • Develop and implement unique drink recipes to enhance our menu.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
  • Monitor customer behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Requirements:
  • Training or experience in bartending.
  • Extensive knowledge of drink mixing and garnishing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
