Key Responsibilities

  • Execute cash handling and sales floor recovery to standards, maintaining a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
  • Engage customers on benefits of rewards programs and complete enrollments, promoting customer loyalty and retention.
  • Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies.
  • Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes, ensuring truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
  • Assist with omni-channel processes, providing a seamless shopping experience across all channels.

Requirements

  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a positive attitude in difficult situations.

Work Environment

Public retail store setting, taking care of customers, with all public areas climate-controlled. Some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled, and some outdoor work may be assigned to retrieve shopping carts or unload trucks.
