Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Hillside - a HumanGood community. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate.
  • Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
