Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced veterinary technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in phlebotomy, IV catheter placement, and patient restraint. They will also have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Perform phlebotomy and IV catheter placement
- Assist with patient restraint and handling
- Operate lab equipment and perform x-rays
- Administer medications and monitor anesthesia
- Work well in a team environment and provide excellent patient care
- Previous experience as a veterinary technician
- Strong phlebotomy and IV catheter placement skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

SeaPort Veterinary Hospital is a paperless, full-service hospital located within walking distance to Good Harbor Beach. We treat cats, dogs, exotics, and local wildlife, and offer a range of services including laser therapy, dental radiography, and ultrasound.
