We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Transformation Specialist to join our team at KIPP Massachusetts Public Charter Schools.

Job Description

The Transformation Specialist will play a critical role in driving student growth and achievement by creating a warm, inclusive, and rigorous learning environment. This involves preparing and delivering engaging unit and daily lessons, leveraging provided curricula and resources, and innovating on best practices to execute differentiated instruction.

Responsibilities

  • Classroom Management: Foster a positive and safe learning environment, ensuring all children are affirmed, valued, and challenged every day.
  • Instructional Design: Prepare and internalize rigorous and engaging unit and daily lessons, leveraging provided curricula and resources, and intellectual preparation tools.
  • Student Support: Set specific, ambitious growth goals with all students and identify and leverage all necessary resources to ensure they meet them.
  • School-Wide Collaboration: Implement aligned school-wide or grade-level student culture systems and proactive classroom management strategies.
  • Data-Driven Instruction: Regularly analyze student work and academic data to modify lessons, refine curricula, and inform instructional practice.
  • Communication: Maintain accurate, up-to-date student grades/records and initiate strong lines of communication with students and their families regularly regarding students' growth and progress.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of full-time teaching experience.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to drive student growth and achievement, passion for subject/content area, and commitment to professional learning.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $63,000 to $102,500 per year, depending on experience, as well as a $1,000 signing bonus and an annual $2,000 retention bonus. If you are passionate about transforming education and making a difference in the lives of students, we encourage you to apply.
