- Discharge Planning: Assess patient needs, coordinate discharge arrangements, and ensure payer requirements are met.
- Quality Improvement: Continuously promote quality healthcare, monitoring for potential quality issues and reporting tracking and trending results.
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current LA State Licensure
- BLS Required
