Corporate Accounts Specialist at Edward Don & Company

The Corporate Accounts division at Edward Don & Company focuses on fostering robust partnerships with our essential clients. As a Corporate Accounts Specialist, you will serve as the primary liaison for corporate clients, delivering crucial assistance to ensure their requirements are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research to discover new products that align with program goals
  • Preparing formal estimates and proposals
  • Supporting the onboarding of new products, suppliers, and agreements
  • Collaborating with the Corporate Account Sales team to ensure timely project delivery
  • Effectively utilizing reporting tools
  • Managing logistics for Corporate Accounts
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Maintaining order guides and facilitating order placements
  • Handling special projects in partnership with Supply Chain Management
  • Engaging with suppliers on various business matters
  • Developing relationships with corporate clients to uncover sales opportunities
  • Executing other assigned tasks

External Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Basic computer literacy and email skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Prior experience in the Food Service sector
  • Familiarity with SAP and AutoQuotes software
  • Advanced skills in Excel
