The ideal candidate will be comfortable growing a business and selling to major department stores, online retailers, and off-price accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and build relationships with key decision-makers, including buyers and merchandisers.

  • Meet internal sales and margin goals monthly.
  • Influence company inventory and coordinate merchandising efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of customer service and production teams.

  • Ability to work in a multi-task, high-pressure environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and time management skills essential.
  • Strong follow-up and completion skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a related field, with current experience in Young Contemporary and Women's Private Label.
  • Must have current relationships with retailers such as Macy's, Dillard's, Kohl's, Belk, JC Penney, and big box Walmart and Target.
