Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of next-generation capabilities for the Department of Defense (DoD). The successful candidate will leverage expertise in AI, software development, and infrastructure management to create technical products that advance the DoD's critical missions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop product requirements documents and product roadmaps
  • Perform research and develop a deep understanding of the customer and diverse groups of stakeholders
  • Develop strategic visions for products and effectively articulate them to technical teams
  • Collaborate with engineering stakeholders to deliver high-impact pilots and mature them into extensive products
  • Work with warfighters across command and control, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, and Special Missions to define technical products that support DoD mission goals

Requirements:
  • Experience with developing product requirements documents and product roadmaps
  • Experience performing research and developing a deep understanding of the customer and diverse groups of stakeholders
  • Experience developing strategic visions for products and effectively articulating them to technical teams
  • Knowledge of the DoD mission space and concerns and issues facing warfighters
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field, including Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with developing products for the DoD, specifically in the domains of ISR and electronic warfare, and Command and Control
  • Experience bringing products into the federal market, specifically bringing products to the DoD or the IC
  • Possession of excellent problem-solving and analytic skills
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field, including Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science
  • Solutions Architecture certification, such as AWS CSA or Azure Solutions Architect certification

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
