Job Summary

This position requires a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a specialized field and a strong educational background in the relevant area.

Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of job-related experience as an apprentice Electrician or 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Worker II with the Barstow Unified School District.
  • Education: Targeted education with study in the relevant area.
  • Equivalency: Graduation from high school and 5 years of training/work experience as an apprentice Electrician or 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Worker II with the Barstow Unified School District.
Testing Process

The testing process may consist of a minimum of two parts: a written multiple-choice examination and/or a verbal performance examination. Applicants must pass the first test to be invited to the second exercise.

Comments and Other Information

This recruitment is open to the public and current employees of the district. Promotional/Internal candidates of the district will have priority over public candidates.
