Key Responsibilities
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and oversee test instructions, provide input to the development of engineering specifications, and work with project engineers to ensure testability of acceptance criteria.
  • Test Documentation and Reporting: Document test results, produce documentation about work performed, and meet with customers and other stakeholders to discuss issues and status.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with project engineers, system engineers, and design engineers to ensure testability of acceptance criteria, and participate in Test Review Boards to advise on testing progress and issues.
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Follow internal quality control standards, programs, and maintain reliability programs.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited school and a minimum of two years' experience in supporting complex engineering projects, or a master's degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited ABET school and one year of experience.
  • Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance badge.
