Overview

Continental Finance Company is seeking an experienced Operations Quality Trainer to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to contact center vendors, ensuring they meet our company standards.

Salary: $52,500/year

Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Design and deliver train-the-trainer sessions, utilizing prepared materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Vendor Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact between the Training Department and Vendor Management, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.
  • Program Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee recognition events, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Quality Review Support: Provide backup assistance for quality review assessments, ensuring consistency and accuracy in evaluation processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Proven track record of excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Able to effectively engage employees and drive performance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of company core values and ability to demonstrate them in daily work.
