Senior Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our team at Jobot. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting continuous improvement efforts across all manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Define tube reduction passes and design tube-reducing tooling
- Implement process control for vacuum annealing
- Validate the impact of process or equipment changes
- Document findings and recommendations
- Define and maintain manufacturing route steps

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or a closely related discipline
- 5+ years of process engineering experience
- Experience in metal forming processes
- Demonstrated knowledge of metallurgy/material science
- Demonstrated experience in a process change control work environment
- Failure analysis investigation and reporting
- Working safely as a core guiding principle
- A working knowledge of statistical methods such as SPC, regression, and hypothesis testing
- Data-based decision making
- A willingness to continually learn and develop proficiency of company and industry methods
