Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Luke Lehman - State Farm Agency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and generating revenue growth.
Salary and Compensation:
The salary for this position is $50,000 per year, plus a competitive commission program that can increase earnings by up to 50%. You'll also receive 50% of your individual health insurance paid, 3% match on SIMPLE IRA, and $100 of State Farm financial service products monthly. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance, as well as take advantage of our comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales. You'll also establish client relationships, follow up with clients as needed, develop ongoing networking relationships, and provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. You'll work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing clients.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Property & Casualty license (which you must be able to obtain), Life & Health license (which you must be able to obtain), 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred), and a demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas. You should also have enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people's lives, a proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior, and excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
