The role of District Sales Manager at Oshkosh Corporation involves implementing overall sales and marketing plans and assigned accounts, including branch operations. The current product line consists of Telehandlers and its associated implements. This position will be key in driving the growth of our Agriculture business and is responsible for the Midwest Territory.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Maintain complete Business Planning Document for account (Sales function). Provide input that helps direct market development, sales promotion, distribution, and pricing policies.
  2. Recommend changes and additions in distribution. Continually provide and document competitive activity and information.
  3. Work with sales personnel to further develop existing and new user accounts.

This role requires building effective working relationships with all account principals to ensure commitment and aggressive pursuit of sales. You will also analyze and report market trends, potentials, and sales forecasts. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6-plus years of related experience are required.
