Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team in Falmouth, MA. As a Laborer, you will play a critical role in helping us successfully complete infrastructure projects, including roadwork, highways, bridges, airports, and site work. You will be responsible for performing manual labor and operating various equipment, including hand and power tools.

Responsibilities
  • Perform manual labor and operate equipment, including hand and power tools
  • Contribute to the successful completion of infrastructure projects, including roadwork, highways, bridges, airports, and site work
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing safety and maintaining a positive attitude
  • Collaborate with skilled team members to achieve project goals
  • Participate in professional development activities and continue to hone and learn new skills
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred
  • Prior related job experience is strongly preferred
  • Have or be able to obtain OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 is preferred)
  • A valid driver's license is required and clean driving abstract
  • Ability to operate a compactor is required
  • Ability to pass background (driving abstract) and drug testing as required by federal and/or state regulations
  • Ability to work nights and/or travel to the Vineyard/Nantucket (overnight jobs) are strongly desired
