Your Responsibilities:
As a Beverage Server, you will:

  • Participate in orientation sessions to familiarize yourself with our operations.
  • Arrive for your shifts in the designated attire.
  • Uphold our customer satisfaction standards for all patrons and fellow team members.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere by providing prompt and friendly service.
  • Respond to inquiries effectively, ensuring guests receive the information they need.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels and communicate with your team regarding supplies.
  • Process beverage orders following established protocols.
  • Promote our food and beverage offerings and entertainment options.
  • Comply with local regulations regarding service age requirements.
  • Attend training sessions on responsible alcohol service.
  • Complete assigned cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy work environment.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED; prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
  • Problem-solving abilities to navigate various situations effectively.
  • The capability to obtain necessary work authorization as per gaming regulations.
  • A commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires:

  • Frequent use of hands for handling objects and tools.
  • Regular walking, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a high-noise environment and exposure to smoke.
