Your Role:
As a Beverage Server, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in the new employee orientation and departmental training.
• Reporting to your scheduled shifts in the appropriate attire.
• Upholding our customer satisfaction standards with every interaction.
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere by being friendly and efficient in service.
• Responding to guest inquiries and ensuring they receive the assistance they need.
• Maintaining adequate stock levels and notifying supervisors of any shortages.
• Processing beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Promoting our various food and beverage offerings.
• Complying with local regulations regarding service age.
• Participating in alcohol awareness training and adhering to all related guidelines.
• Completing assigned side work, including cleaning and organizing work areas.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A high school diploma or GED; prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret various documents.
• Problem-solving abilities to handle various situations effectively.
• The capability to obtain necessary work authorizations as per gaming regulations.
• A commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to perform essential functions, including:

• Using hands for handling objects and tools.
• Walking, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 15 pounds.
• Working in a high-noise environment and being exposed to smoke.
