- Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the hotel's grounds, including landscaping, parking areas, and exterior facilities.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory levels of tools, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
- Reporting and Communication: Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the General Manager and communicate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
- Skillset: Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours in a day, lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs, and follow verbal directions.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
