Job Summary

At Balemaster, we are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for prime, paint, and prepare machinery and parts using an airless-air assist paint system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate airless paint spraying equipment to apply primer and paint to parts and completed machinery.
  • Apply decals, safety labels, and other miscellaneous trim after painting.
  • Clean and maintain painting equipment daily.
  • Ensure all procedures are followed and documented as required.
  • Use personal protective equipment such as face respiratory mask, safety glasses, and boots.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.

Work Environment
  • Heavy industrial environment with mechanical activities requiring personal protective equipment.
  • Regularly required to stand for extended periods, sit, stoop, bend, reach above shoulders, and lift 50 pounds.

Pay Rate and Schedule
  • Pay rate is based on experience and skill level.
