About the Role

We are seeking highly qualified adjunct instructors to join our Mathematics Program at Dunwoody College. As a mathematics instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the academic experience of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Maintain and develop curriculum within the college's instructional design system.
  • Teaching and Mentoring: Instill professional principles, skills, and work ethics in students, fostering a studio culture that aligns with the Program's policies.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Monitor and assess academic progress and performance through college attendance and grading recording systems.
  • Course Development: Develop new curriculum within assigned courses of instruction, facilitating principles, theories, skills, and work ethic necessary for professional practice.
  • Student Support: Monitor, assess, and advise students on academic progress and performance, utilizing both academic and professional practice standards in assigned courses.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in mathematics (or related field); OR
  • Any master's degree and 18 graduate credits in mathematics
