Job Summary

The Universal Banker is a key role in our branch team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. As a Universal Banker, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized service and support to meet their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the branch, providing guidance and support to colleagues on banking products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with banking products and services, including new and existing offerings, to effectively communicate and promote them to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and service goals, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Use digital tools and technology to enhance the client experience, including mobile banking, online banking, and other digital channels.
  • Participate in sales and service initiatives, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities, to deepen client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Adhere to Citigroup's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring the safety and security of client and bank assets.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and promote banking products and services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic computer and digital tools skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology.
Education

High School diploma or equivalent required.
