Primary Duties:

  • Perform regular inspections of facilities to detect maintenance requirements and safety concerns.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance tasks, equipment evaluations, and inventory management.
  • Address maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to building systems, equipment, and fixtures.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness by participating in trash collection, restroom sanitation, and rearranging office furniture.
  • Engage in shop organization, snow clearing, lawn care, and minor repairs of equipment.
  • Deliver components to technicians at various locations and assist with outgoing deliveries.
  • Support in preparing customer orders, fixing hand trucks, and unloading freight.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and company regulations.
  • Provide assistance with any other facility-related tasks as needed.

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday through Friday

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in facilities maintenance is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities.
  • Skilled in using hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Effective communication skills for professional interactions.
  • Physical endurance and agility to perform tasks that may involve lifting, climbing, and extended periods of standing.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the industry.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possession of a CDL is advantageous but not required.
