Dietitian Position

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Townhouse Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing. Our 5-star rated facility provides a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, and we specialize in long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and ventilator care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop personalized care plans for our residents.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to enhance our services.
• Develop and implement menu plans that meet the dietary needs of our residents.
• Work closely with our diet tech and food service staff to ensure efficient and effective food service operations.

Requirements:

• Registered Dietitian (R.D.) degree and licensure.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred.
