Clinical Nutrition Consultant

Position: Nutrition Care Specialist - Full-Time

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional evaluations and maintain accurate documentation through electronic medical records (EMR)
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Contribute to weekly assessments of wound care and manage tube feeding protocols
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to revise and update resident dietary menus
• Familiarity with Sigmacare and Gerimenu software is advantageous

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian (R.D.); Certification as a Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) is preferred
• Previous experience in a healthcare environment is desirable
