Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in LTC and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an LPN or RN in the state of Maryland.
  • At least 1 year of experience in long-term care settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
