Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our studio, including managing revenue streams, new member acquisition and retention, and staff management and development. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fitness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Management
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through memberships, retail sales, private training, and teacher training
    • Monitor and analyze revenue reports to identify areas for improvement
  • New Member Acquisition and Retention
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new members
    • Implement sales processes to schedule prospects into intro classes
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing members to drive retention
  • Staff Management and Development
    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of instructors and staff
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance instructor skills and knowledge
    • Monitor and evaluate staff performance to ensure high-quality service delivery

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in the fitness industry
