Job Summary

Access Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavioral therapy services to children and youth with mental, emotional, or behavioral problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of the function of behaviors and apply applied behavior analytic principles to develop interventions.
  • Utilize expertise in behavior analysis to assess skills deficits and behavioral needs for clients receiving ABA services.
  • Develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) to address targeted behaviors.
  • Select and design behavioral interventions for ABA services.
  • Review, analyze, and interpret data to determine changes needed to behavioral interventions.
  • Supervise behavioral consultants, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BHTs in accordance with BACB and IBHS guidelines.
  • Model adherence to the BACB code of ethics and HIPAA compliance requirements.
  • Support skill development and training among staff via modeling or suggested training modules.
  • Emphasize treatment integrity measures and provide feedback to caregiver teams.
  • Review clinical notes, data, and supporting documents to provide constructive feedback.
  • Focus service delivery on operationally defined target and replacement behaviors.
  • Support staff in defining follow-up care in the community.
Requirements
  • MUST BE A LICENSED BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST IN THE STATE OF PA
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, human behavior, or relevant social sciences field of study.
  • Current clinical certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
  • 1+ years of post-Master's degree experience providing ABA services.
  • Valid driver's license with 2+ years of driving experience, reliable vehicle, and adequate car insurance.
Benefits
  • Base salary: $72,000
  • Incentive rate: $80-$100 hourly for billable hours above 80/monthly (every 4 weeks).
