Unit Manager - LPN/RN Opportunity

Certus Healthcare is seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to fill a Unit Manager role at New Lexington Healthcare & Rehabilitation. This position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of LPNs and RNs in providing high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans and protocols
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Provide training and guidance to staff members
Requirements:
  • Active RN license
  • IV Certification
  • Experience with wound care
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role
  • Positive and supportive leadership skills
